Send clear images where possible and provide your order confirmation, receipt or invoice.<\/p>\n<h2>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The guarantee excludes fitting or installation damage, accidental or malicious damage, improper use, wear and tear and consequential loss.<\/li>\n<li>Original proof of purchase is required.<\/li>\n<li>Rockstone may replace defective goods in part or whole; unavailable goods may be replaced with a suitable alternative.<\/li>\n<li>Goods must be installed to supplied instructions by qualified professionals and in compliance with local regulations and water bylaws.<\/li>\n<li>You must allow Rockstone to inspect the goods. Do not remove or destroy them before inspection without consent.<\/li>\n<li>A call-out or inspection charge may apply where no manufacturing or materials defect is found.<\/li>\n<li>Confirmed manufacturing or material defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Damage or malfunction caused by unsuitable cleaning is excluded. Use only Rockstone-recommended products.<\/li>\n<li>Limescale, corrosion, mould, mildew and associated issues are excluded.<\/li>\n<li>The guarantee covers the products and qualifying spare parts only.
