2. Product Identification & Traceability
- Every shipment includes batch tracking, invoice numbers and product identification codes on outer packaging or crates.
- Technical specifications, material safety data sheets and care instructions are provided for natural stone, composite tiles and structural hardware.
3. Product Safety & Installation
- Professional installation: accredited contractors or structural stone fitters must install products to local building regulations.
- Heavy lifting: use appropriate PPE including safety boots and heavy-duty gloves, plus mechanical lifting aids.
- Cutting and dust: use wet-cutting tools and suitable respiratory protection to reduce crystalline-silica exposure.
- Chemical safety: use only approved stone cleaners and sealers; never use harsh acids, bleach or solvents.
