How to Claim Your Guarantee

Email info@rockstoneltd.co.uk to explain the problem. Send clear images where possible and provide your order confirmation, receipt or invoice.

Terms & Conditions

• The guarantee excludes fitting or installation damage, accidental or malicious damage, improper use, wear and tear and consequential loss.
• Original proof of purchase is required.
• Rockstone may replace defective goods in part or whole; unavailable goods may be replaced with a suitable alternative.
• Goods must be installed to supplied instructions by qualified professionals and in compliance with local regulations and water bylaws.
• You must allow Rockstone to inspect the goods. Do not remove or destroy them before inspection without consent.
• A call-out or inspection charge may apply where no manufacturing or materials defect is found.
• Confirmed manufacturing or material defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
• Damage or malfunction caused by unsuitable cleaning is excluded. Use only Rockstone-recommended products.
• Limescale, corrosion, mould, mildew and associated issues are excluded.
• The guarantee covers the products and qualifying spare parts only. Rockstone Ltd. is not liable for reinstallation or fitting costs.

Defective Products Out of the Box

Transit damage must be reported within seven days of receipt. Claims outside this period will not be covered under the guarantee.
